This machine is developed by our factory for more than ten years fabrication and improvement. The screw of extruder is made of premium steel after fine machining and nitrogen hardening and it features wear resistance and long service life. The complete system consists of ten machines such as Model ø80 extruder, Model ø60 extruder, stainless steel cooling sizing water tank, pulling control panel, heating air oven, stretching-planishing-printing device, printing ink drying device, embossing device, stretching control panel and machine winder. The winder is equipped with meter counter and alarm. The tension transmission is made by torque motor. The screw of extruder is specially designed with features of single air vent, double plasticizing, low power consumption, high output and simple operation. The recycled PP granules of grade one and two as well as new PP granules are used as major raw material. During the course of production, the granular plastic doesn’t need to dry under high temperature or blending. In the production of PP package tapes, the cheap mineral powder could be used instead of expensive PP master batch fillers. The product quality will be raised while the production cost could be reduced substantially so that company can get higher economic profit.
