This machine is developed by our factory for more than ten years fabrication and improvement. The screw of extruder is made of premium steel after fine machining and nitrogen hardening and it features wear resistance and long service life. The complete system consists of sven machines such as Modelø80 extruder, Modelø60 extruder, stainless steel cooling sizing water tank, heating air oven, stretching-printing-embossing cylinder, printing ink drying device and machine winder. The recycled PP granules and used plastic tapes are used as major raw material. During the course of production, the granular plastic doesn’t need to dry under high temperature or blending. In the production of PP package tapes, the cheap mineral powder could be used instead of expensive PP master batch fillers. The product quality will be raised while the production cost could be reduced substantially so that company can get higher economic profit.
